When will we receive our final photos and video?

Photos are typically delivered within 4–6 weeks, and your highlight video within 10 weeks. I’ll always keep you updated and send sneak peeks whenever I can!


How many photos do we get?

Every wedding is unique, but most couples receive 200-800 fully edited images, depending on the coverage, package and size of the wedding.


How is our video delivered?

Your video will be delivered in HD via a downloadable link through WeTransfer. It’s super easy to access, download, and share with family and friends!


Do you offer sneak peeks?

Yes! I love sending a few photo sneak peeks within the first week or so, so you have something special to look forward to right after the big day.


Can we meet before the wedding?

Absolutely! I offer pre-wedding calls or Zoom chats to walk through your timeline, get to know each other, and make sure we’re all aligned.


Can we choose the music for our video?

I license music to keep everything legal and high-quality. You're welcome to share your vibe or preferences, and I’ll match the style to your story.


Do you bring a second shooter?

Second shooters are available as an add-on if you'd like extra coverage—especially helpful for capturing both partner preparations or different angles during the ceremony. Some of my higher-tier packages already include a second shooter, so be sure to check what’s included when booking.



How do I book you for my wedding?

To reserve your date, a 25% non-refundable deposit and a signed contract are required. Once those are in, your date is officially locked in!



Do you travel for weddings?

Yes! I love destination weddings. For events outside my area, travel expenses such as airfare, lodging, and meals will be included in your package total.



When is the final payment due?

Final payment is due 4 weeks before your wedding date. You’re welcome to pay it earlier if you prefer!



Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. Payments can be split into milestones leading up to your wedding. All payments are processed securely through HoneyBook.



What if we cancel or reschedule?

Cancellations are non-refundable. If you cancel less than 3 months before your date, a second payment may be required. If you reschedule, your payments can be transferred to a new date if I'm available.



What if something unexpected happens (illness, weather, emergencies)?

I always do my best to show up and serve you. However, in the rare case of an emergency beyond my control, I’ll be in touch right away. Refunds in true emergencies may be considered on a case-by-case basis.



Can we request changes to our video or photos after delivery?

The delivered work is considered final. If you'd like edits after final delivery, I offer them at a small additional cost:

  • Video revisions: $150 per round (includes 1 hour of editing)
  • Photo edits: $30 per image



Do you deliver RAW files?

No, I do not deliver unedited RAW files. All final edits are carefully curated to reflect my creative style and vision.


However, I do offer “home video-style” add-on footage—a more raw, nostalgic edit of behind-the-scenes moments—available as an optional extra alongside your highlight video. If you're interested in adding this, just let me know when booking!
